A process of feedback doesn't work for everyone in every situation. The levels of engagement vary depending on the need. And needs must.

Give them appreciation.

When they are stuck..

Give them encouragement.

When they are lost..

Give them direction..

When they lack focus..

Give them improvements.

When they ignore improvements..

Give them improvements again.

When they doubt..

Give them reasons.

When they fight improvements..

Give them time.

When they have decided not to change..

Give them freedom.
